I dedicated about 40 minutes to finish a lengthy survey (138 questions) and achieved 100% completion. However, at the very last step, the survey closed due to quotas, and I received no reward whatsoever. This is a common problem with the platform: surveys can continue until the final screen even when quotas are already filled. The company benefits from the collected data while users walk away empty-handed. To make matters worse, genuine customer support has been eliminated. There’s no way to provide explanations or contest unfair situations — only automated reports leading to automatic rejections. While shorter surveys may be acceptable, longer and more lucrative ones feel like a gamble. Be wary of the time or reward estimates presented in the app.
