Spend a lot of time just trying to complete a survey without getting kicked out to then only get pennies. Customer service is awful and issues really get resolved. If you are patient enough you can make double figures in a year
They are Thieves and Scammers and they only do terminate the accounts (ban users) and ROB their money. I have only completed 3 surveys in 2 days and my 5 dollar account banned before I cash out. Be aware and never use this Attapoll scam republic app.
As mentioned, I played this game for a while and earned some rewards, but after reaching level 25 yesterday, it still hasn’t updated even after two full days. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
I dedicated about 40 minutes to finish a lengthy survey (138 questions) and achieved 100% completion. However, at the very last step, the survey closed due to quotas, and I received no reward whatsoever. This is a common problem with the platform: surveys can continue until the final screen even when quotas are already filled. The company benefits from the collected data while users walk away empty-handed. To make matters worse, genuine customer support has been eliminated. There’s no way to provide explanations or contest unfair situations — only automated reports leading to automatic rejections. While shorter surveys may be acceptable, longer and more lucrative ones feel like a gamble. Be wary of the time or reward estimates presented in the app.
You will complete the entire survey only to be disqualified afterward. They collect all your responses without offering any way to contact a representative. While you can 'report' the issue, you receive an automated reply stating they can't compensate you without confirmation from the survey providers. It's unfair to have someone spend an hour on a survey, only to be dismissed. Save your time and avoid this.
I strongly discourage using this app! I had been using the service for over a year when I received a notification that my account was disabled. They provided a vague list of potential reasons for the ban, none of which I had violated. Their support team responds with the same automated message every time I reach out to appeal. I've received no assistance whatsoever, only being blamed for actions I did not commit. Further investigation revealed that this is a frequent occurrence for users who contribute to their profits. They seem more interested in profiting from your data than in supporting their users. They manipulate you into thinking you did something wrong after terminating your account and taking your data and funds. This service feels like a scam.

Unfortunately, my experience has been quite negative. My account has been blocked and they cannot or will not provide a reason. I receive automated responses citing potential reasons, but they refuse to clarify. Many surveys also disqualify you after answering all the questions! My partner created an account but was screened out of almost all surveys. When he inquired, they claimed it was due to another household member participating, despite our differing views. I'm still waiting on a withdrawal of £45, and their support is unhelpful! I strongly advise against this service.
