I ordered two pairs of shoes from Attere back in January, and honestly, I still can’t believe I haven’t received them. It’s been months with zero updates. No shipping info, no delays explained, nothing. Only silence.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, no replies, no acknowledgment, no effort to fix the situation or even offer a refund. It’s beyond frustrating.
I get that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. It shouldn’t be this hard to either get what you paid for or get your money back. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Attere based on this experience.
