Quality feels cheap, and size measures are wrong, so i try to send it back it cost me 25 euros from Europe. After 2 weeks my delivery app confirmed it got back to them 3 weeks later still no update about my refund and ignoring 5 of my emails DONT BUY HERE THEY WILL "scam" U
I place my order on 11Jan, customer service help to amend my shippment address on 15Jan which is already over 14days.
I sent servel emails but I got no response over 1week!(Auto reply msg said they will response in 24-48hours) I just want to know the status of my order and just need the estimated shipment date!!!!!

So far, this hat has remained in excellent condition. My son is nearly 13 and has been wearing it nonstop, proving it's a really durable product. All the other clothing pieces we bought are just as impressive. Their prices are reasonable, and the shipping was quick and straightforward. I also appreciate the website design; it's visually appealing and easy to navigate. I highly recommend them!
This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It took a month for one item to arrive, and the other never showed up even after 2.5 months. The product I received was completely misrepresented; the shoe in the advertisement was of high quality, while the one I got was subpar. They also refused to refund my money. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
This brand is incredibly underrated with amazing deals & quality. The fast delivery is impressive; my package arrived at my doorstep earlier than expected, on the 4th instead of the 19th. I'm eager to make my next purchase from the platform, and they should consider developing an app for a more personalized experience.
