CSR scheduled dryer vent cleaning between 9-11 am. I told her I wasn’t feeling well and needed to go to bed after appointment. At 11:30 am I received a call from the technician asking if he could reschedule for 1:00. I was very nice about it. 1:00 came and went. No call or text. I finally gave up and laid down at 1:30.Finally I get a call at 2:45 saying he was in Olympia - 45 minutes away! I called both the CSR & the technician the following morning. No one ever called me back.Do not trust anything AttiAir says.DBC
