This is my first and last experience with this service. I was promised "fast shipping," but I've been waiting for over a month with no idea if my order will arrive. This situation is unbelievable. It's not even customs causing the delay; it took over two weeks for the company to hand my package over for transit. I intended this as a gift for someone special, and now it has turned into a complete disappointment. Even smaller companies from further away manage to deliver more quickly.
I found the company to be incredibly helpful and transparent. They were available for a phone conversation when a delivery was scheduled while I was hospitalized. I’m genuinely surprised by the low ratings elsewhere, as I can't recommend them highly enough.

Despite many negative reviews about customer service, my experience was completely the opposite. I ordered a bag for my niece's birthday, and it was dispatched quickly. Although I faced a few issues that weren't the company's fault, I contacted them via email. The next morning, a representative named Barry called me back, was very apologetic, and assured me he would resolve the issue with the delivery service. He kept me updated, and the item arrived within 24 hours. In a time when direct communication is rare, this was refreshing and greatly appreciated.
I ordered trousers in size 28", but received a 30" pair instead. They responded quickly to my email and said I could return them for a refund. After following their return instructions, I waited until the 4th of October for an update, only to be told it could take up to 14 days for refunds. I then learned my refund was rejected, but they offered to resend the trousers for an additional fee. I refuse to pay more for a mistake they made. I eventually got my refund through another service, but I would strongly advise against this company.
The customer service was very poor when I tried to cancel my order. They did not attempt to process the cancellation despite their claims, and I had to return the order at my own expense. The replies I received were unprofessional. I will not be returning or recommending this business.
I reached out to upgrade my shipping due to needing my order urgently. The representative called me the same day to explain there was an issue with my order. They went above and beyond to resolve it without any extra charge. My items arrived the next day, which is remarkable given my location. I truly appreciate their effort as I needed these items for a pre-wedding appointment.
