Review Time
I had a bad experience. Order arrived in size L instead of XXL that I ordered. I contacted customer support and they advised that I just have to return it and re-order myself if I want. I sent the receipt for the cost of returning the item and to be fair got that refunded the same day. However, two weeks later I hadn’t received the refund for the item so I contacted customer support again, they advised it was on the way however they wouldn’t refund the €6 delivery charge I had paid, so I explained that it wouldn’t be fair as I received the incorrect order in the first place. They did agree to refund the delivery charge “as a gesture of goodwill”. I received the delivery charge refund then within a few days however it was only €5 but I wasn’t bothered arguing over €1. A week later I still hadn’t received the €37 for the item so I had to contact customer service yet again. A few days later I received a refund of €25. I’m now in contact with them yet again to receive the remaining €12. Hopefully this is just a once off very unlucky experience with EMP Merchandising company.
Bought big gothic boots for my son, had researched the site an was a little unsure having read some reviews however EMP Merchandising were the only place that had these particular type so I bought them. Over a week later they arrived from Europe. They had tracking provided and free postage, I was also found a discount coupon online that brought down the price a little more. Honestly I have had no problem, everything was well packaged and a sticker provided for free returns if a problem arose with our purchase. It was our first time ordering however it wont be our last, the quality was really good too and we are delighted with the boots!
