There's a reason that they don't use Trust Pilot...Over the Xmas period, their comms have been shocking - and nowhere on the site to let customers know properly when they're open. I assumed they'd be open 29th/30th then closed over New Years again (like most online businesses - my own included), but nobody's on the phones or replying to emails, and on their site I've noticed they don't link to Trust Pilot at all. Now I'm trying to cancel my order bc I needed the hair dye sooner rather than later, and I've had to order the same dye at a marked up price on Amazon for same-day delivery... I know worse things have happened to people, but I'm still frustrated regardless.
