If it were possible, I would give a rating lower than 1 star. My experience with the service was very disappointing. I've been a loyal customer and appreciate their products. I placed an order during a promotional sale on 11/27/25, but only received part of my order on 12/6/25, nearly 10 days later, with no communication about multiple shipments. When I reached out to customer support about the remaining items, it took them NINE days to reply! The second part of my order arrived on 12/16/25, almost 3 weeks after placing my order, and still, some items were missing. Instead of sending the missing items, they refunded me and offered a shipping code to reorder what I had already purchased. This makes no sense. I'm now reluctant to order again. I seldom write negative reviews, but my experience warrants a warning to others. I sincerely hope there will be improvements in their operations, as this has been the worst experience I've ever had with an order. The time I've spent trying to resolve this has been exhausting, and I still don’t have what I ordered.
