If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. My experience with the service was terrible. I appreciate their products and have been a loyal customer, but after placing an order during their promotional sale on 11/27/25, I only received part of my order on 12/6/25, nearly 10 days later, without any notice that it would arrive in two shipments. When I inquired about the remaining items, it took customer support NINE days to respond! The second part of my order finally arrived on 12/16/25, almost 3 weeks post-order, and still, some items were missing. Instead of sending the missing products, they offered a refund and a code for free shipping to reorder items I had already purchased. What sense does that make? I’m now hesitant to place another order. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience definitely deserves to be shared to alert others. I truly hope there are improvements in their operations because this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an order. The time and effort I’ve spent trying to resolve this has been draining, and I still don’t have everything I ordered.

I'm not impressed with their customer service at all. I received the wrong order, and it took them a week to respond (after I followed up). I also couldn't find a contact number on their website. They refunded most of my order, except for an item they incorrectly assumed I received, despite providing proof. They only offered a free shipping code as an apology. Having made my order during a promotional sale, they expected me to pay more for a mistake they made. I've liked this brand and its products, but I'm incredibly disappointed by how they treated me as a loyal customer.
I've been a loyal customer for years. I ordered $175 worth of items during a promotional sale, but received only 4 out of the 10 items. I reached out to customer service, clearly stating I did not want a refund but the missing items. Instead, they refunded me and told me to reorder without the discount. It feels like they intentionally avoided fulfilling the discounted orders. Typically, when there is a shipping error, companies take steps to correct it, but it seems they just didn't want to honor the sale. Why offer discounts if you don't plan to fulfill them? I wasted time filling my cart with items I never received. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of loyal customers. I will NEVER shop with them again.
The products are good, but the shipping and customer service are lacking. They don't package orders properly, leading to damage during shipping. My last order took over a month to arrive. Save yourself the hassle and the expense.
I wish I could share a positive review about these clean products, but my experience with their customer service was so frustrating that I never ended up purchasing anything. I had an issue during their promotional sale where the discount code wasn't applied, so I contacted customer service. Their initial response wasn't helpful, so I reached out via social media. Their response there was apologetic, asking me to contact them again for resolution. However, the same representative just repeated the same unhelpful information without any actual assistance. I tried, but the experience was just awful.
I was put in collections after receiving multiple assurances that the import bill was not my responsibility. My credit is at risk because I tried to order less toxic cleaning products! The website does not state that US customers are liable for import duties. I'm now facing a $42 charge for a $35 order to avoid further damage to my credit!
