I've been a loyal customer for years. I ordered $175 worth of items during a promotional sale, but received only 4 out of the 10 items. I reached out to customer service, clearly stating I did not want a refund but the missing items. Instead, they refunded me and told me to reorder without the discount. It feels like they intentionally avoided fulfilling the discounted orders. Typically, when there is a shipping error, companies take steps to correct it, but it seems they just didn't want to honor the sale. Why offer discounts if you don't plan to fulfill them? I wasted time filling my cart with items I never received. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of loyal customers. I will NEVER shop with them again.
