I'm not impressed with their customer service at all. I received the wrong order, and it took them a week to respond (after I followed up). I also couldn't find a contact number on their website. They refunded most of my order, except for an item they incorrectly assumed I received, despite providing proof. They only offered a free shipping code as an apology. Having made my order during a promotional sale, they expected me to pay more for a mistake they made. I've liked this brand and its products, but I'm incredibly disappointed by how they treated me as a loyal customer.
