If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. My experience with the service was terrible. I appreciate their products and have been a loyal customer, but after placing an order during their promotional sale on 11/27/25, I only received part of my order on 12/6/25, nearly 10 days later, without any notice that it would arrive in two shipments. When I inquired about the remaining items, it took customer support NINE days to respond! The second part of my order finally arrived on 12/16/25, almost 3 weeks post-order, and still, some items were missing. Instead of sending the missing products, they offered a refund and a code for free shipping to reorder items I had already purchased. What sense does that make? I’m now hesitant to place another order. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience definitely deserves to be shared to alert others. I truly hope there are improvements in their operations because this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an order. The time and effort I’ve spent trying to resolve this has been draining, and I still don’t have everything I ordered.
