We recently booked a hotel and ticket package for Disneyland Paris through Attraction Tickets. After paying in full, our order stayed “pending” for 48 hours. When we called to find out why, we were told the room we had already paid for wasn’t actually available.
They offered us another room, but it was £300 more. With our flights already booked and the trip only three weeks away, we reluctantly agreed. Unfortunately, after paying the extra, we were then told that room also wasn’t available. We were told it was due to a “live booking system,” but it didn’t make sense to us — once you’ve paid, you expect the room to be secured.
Eventually, we did get placed in another hotel and received a refund for the price difference, but the whole process was stressful and avoidable.
I wouldn’t recommend booking last‑minute hotel packages through Attraction Tickets, as they clearly rely on Disney’s confirmation before they can secure your booking, even though they take your payment upfront.
That said, we’ve always used them for park tickets and never had a single issue — they’re excellent for that. Just be cautious with hotel packages, especially close to your travel dates.
