I rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel it's important to caution others. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. We paid a significant amount through their website in November and, like many others, never received our order. Despite several attempts to reach out via email and social media, we received little to no response. When they did reply, we were told someone would call, which never happened. Negative comments on their social media are deleted, creating a misleading impression of positive reviews. After further investigation, I believe this company is not legitimate. I have since recovered my money through my bank and reported them to the appropriate authorities.
