Ordered radiator cover back in September.
Asked for updates about the delivery many times.
They used to have a number you could call but have taken this off now.
They don’t reply to any other messaging such as email, WhatsApp.
Going to report them to trading standards so other customers don’t fall foul of them as they can’t continue to run a business like this.
I absolutely ADORE my radiator covers! They have made my entire house look magnificent and I literally only ordered 2 for the hallway! I cannot recommend buying one enough if you are thinking of getting one! I have ordered 3 more because my house just shouldn't be without them now! :0)))) They are honestly pristine, super well wrapped & delivery guy is very friendly! Keep up the good work you guys! I ordered a radiator cover back in November and was informed nearly two weeks ago that it would be delivered soon after several emails. I was told it was out for delivery, and they assured me that they would notify me once they had a delivery date. However, they have since ignored all my emails despite my many attempts to reach out. This feels like a complete scam; I don't think I will ever receive the radiator cover. I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. Please avoid this company.

We purchased a stunning reception desk at a fantastic price. Communication was best through social media. We encountered a minor issue with the lighting, and they sent a replacement the next day. My daughter loves how it looks. Thank you.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I would give no stars if possible. I placed an order for £1300 in November and have had zero contact since! The representatives refuse to respond. No replies to emails, and the phone number is nonexistent. This has been the worst experience.
I rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel it's important to caution others. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. We paid a significant amount through their website in November and, like many others, never received our order. Despite several attempts to reach out via email and social media, we received little to no response. When they did reply, we were told someone would call, which never happened. Negative comments on their social media are deleted, creating a misleading impression of positive reviews. After further investigation, I believe this company is not legitimate. I have since recovered my money through my bank and reported them to the appropriate authorities.
