After finalizing the booking, I was informed that the ticket was not actually available and that I was placed on standby. This is completely unacceptable. Promoting tickets that do not exist or are not available at the stated fare is misleading and unprofessional. I faced several issues throughout the process, which all point to deceptive practices aimed at pressuring customers into paying more. Overall, this website wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly recommend others to steer clear of this company and opt for a more trustworthy booking platform.
