Very disappointing experience. Baggage was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking. After I paid, they called and said it was a “promotional fare” and kept pushing me to pay more money.
They later claimed they were only talking about cabin baggage and then asked for extra payment again for check-in baggage. The whole process felt misleading and stressful. They also refused to provide a refund.
I ended up paying more than expected and got a lot of tension. Not worth it.
Don’t try to save money — book from a legitimate airline website instead.
Originally I was not happy with the sudden price change but after talking to Sarah I was able to get my full refund. Sarah gets my five stars for her effort to correct the issue. However the Company still gets one star for changing the price. Thanks Sarah for the full reversal of the charges.

Total SCAM. After booking a return flight from Canada to Mexico at a very reasonable price we got a phone call informing us that price is not available anymore. We were trying to make it a family trip as the kids had already booked through another site. They were asking for $1300 extra to go on the same flight where the original total was around $1250. Meaning it will cost $2550 instead of $1250. Stay away from CheapFly.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service and would not recommend this website. The ticket was listed for $1,722 with a baggage allowance of 25 kg outbound and 30 kg return. However, when I proceeded with the booking, the baggage allowance changed without any explanation. When I reached out to the support team, they made numerous excuses and tried to charge me extra beyond the advertised price. After finalizing the booking, I was informed that the ticket was not actually available and that I was placed on standby. This is completely unacceptable. Promoting tickets that do not exist or are not available at the stated fare is misleading and unprofessional. I faced several issues throughout the process, which all point to deceptive practices aimed at pressuring customers into paying more. Overall, this website wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly recommend others to steer clear of this company and opt for a more trustworthy booking platform.

I eventually received my tickets after paying extra, but I am still quite upset about the entire experience and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.

Despite explaining that I had no extra funds, they processed a refund. Overall, it was a stressful experience, initially making me feel like I was being scammed, followed by attempts to extract more money.
I wouldn't even give a single star if possible. This feels like a scam! They lure you in with lower prices, then later claim you're on a waitlist and pressure you to pay more for a seat. I've reported this to the authorities and consumer protection! Scams like this should not be accepted! AVOID doing business with them!
