If the promised features can't be delivered, consider offering a free replacement that includes them. Satisfied customers lead to more sales, so it's vital to take care of existing ones. Additionally, the filament I ordered was poorly packed, making it prone to damage during transit. The printer works well, and the filament quality seems good after calibration.
