The delivery and product met my expectations, but the after-sales support could be improved. I had a simple issue with a cracked LCD, which I replaced myself—my responsibility, so no complaints there. However, I faced many problems afterward and had to get a new printer. Finding reliable assistance was tough, and it seems there’s an expectation that social media groups will handle support.
I received my order recently and I'm quite disappointed. The official site indicated that the printer was included in the starter bundle, but I only received the other components. I feel misled. Upon opening the package, I found it damaged, with dents and stains on the box, and some glass items in a smaller bag appeared broken. Very disappointing.

I purchased a 3D printer that was supposed to offer multi-color printing through an add-on that was 'coming soon.' Now, there’s no multi-color printing, and the offered 'credit' is insufficient. If the promised features can't be delivered, consider offering a free replacement that includes them. Satisfied customers lead to more sales, so it's vital to take care of existing ones. Additionally, the filament I ordered was poorly packed, making it prone to damage during transit. The printer works well, and the filament quality seems good after calibration.
