Dont bother, these guys are pro level grifters, the machines are trash, i am yet to get anything to successfully print off this machine, it has been nothing but errors, malfunctions, and parts replacements and upgrades wasted trying to get it to work, i have since bought bambu printers that work direct out of the box with no messing about required, just straight up plug in, send file, print and enjoy, elegoo on the other hand, I would have more fun headbutting a wall until my brain explodes, the customer support is even worse than there products somehow, 1 email reply a day, if that, and its always the same cut and paste generic responses that never actually address any issues you bring up, they actively seek excuses to not reply and drag the process out hoping you go away, they refuse to help with anything, everything is your fault, its never there product, its always you that is the problem, they refuse to take refunds on anything or provide replacement parts or adhere to there own warranty terms and conditions, rules for thee but not for me type garbage, and even tho they say they will follow up until the problem is solved here, they will just ghost you and stop replying if you have issues they cant solve, if you ask to much about returns, or warranty, or replacements, or you start asking about contact information for legal disputes due to there failures or reporting reasons, woosh gone, of into the sunset to never be heard from again, there discord support is trash again, a bunch of brain rot level rage inducing better than thou gatekeepers who will treat you like a moron for asking anything and spend there entire time upgrading there machines to be anything other than the trash they come out of the box as, have a look yourself, you will see nothing but people talking about how they use custom firmware, custom hotends, custom this, custom that, anything to shift away from the original product cause it doesnt work, and they all just want to be glazed cause of how they hit the quality control lottery or have spent 3k on a 800 dollar printer to get it to even do the most basic things other brand printers can do in there sleep, there is literally no recourse to be taken against these people if there is any issues with your printer, they refuse to hand over any information and refuse to abide by australian consumer protections, there is no information online to be found about there australian business, no ability to file complaints against a company that doesnt technically exist here, no tax file numbers, no abn numbers, i have no idea how they legally operate in this country, and there is nothing you can do about it, just spend the little bit extra, and buy something else and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these con artists, you will notice every single positive review they have is generally the same, invited, no other reviews to there name, and spaced out just right, i wonder why there review score has shifted so fast and so far in the last few months, considering they have done nothing differently, no new products, no changes to customer service, use your brains with that one, probably have there entire quality control department committed to improving there online reviews rather than checking machines on the way out the door, dont even bother replying saying you will chase anything up elegoo, tired of the cut and paste responses, you wont, we both know it, ask anyone else here you say the same thing to, you just dont fix your mistakes and dont care about your customers once you have there money, i hope your entire business crashes and burns into the sun when someone sues you back into the hole you crawled out of, if you want a cheap 3d printer, buy a kit and build it yourself, you will have better results than buying anything from these couldn't care less fly by night used car salesmen that pretend there even in the same business as other 3d printer supply companiesReply to your Reply:I have since purchased a bambu labs P1S, which required no extra steps, it just works, your page makes no indication that it requires any such actions for it to work, im not a technician, i dont work for you, i paid you money, for what, a saga of msgs where you ignore everything i say, i dont work for you, what benefit is there to me to spend hours on end working on your rubbish product to make it work, it should work out of the box as required by law in this country, i spent months trying to config and calibrate the machine based off your guides and instructions, to no avail, the best resolution, would be to take the printer back, and deal with the problems yourself, on your dollar/time, not on my dollar/time, your ridiculous, still no word on info for legal contact, no abn, no tfn, only refusal to refund and a machine that shocks me every time i touch it, fail x10, worst ever
