Ive brought 6 or so items back in August 2021 via the website and my order status is still sitting on the shelf it seems ive emailed multiple times for them to tell me it'll be shipped with 5 - 10 days due to delays that was over 20 days ago. So when i rang at the beginning of this week they told me not to expect shipping to occur until the end of September beginning of October which is ridiculous worst customer service ive had with any makeup brand. When i told them i wasnt happy they told me and i quote "well next time get off your butt and come into store" ... 1. There wont be a next time and 2. My closest store is over a 2 days drive away.
