Ordered on 4/12, hadn't heard anything so emailed on 10/12, got an email back saying surprise surprise it is being sent out today and won't get until 29 -5 Jan - great, these items were suppose to be christmas gifts. Got an email from them last night advising that they are crediting most of my items & they are now "discontinued" or "out of stock", didn't they know this on 4/12 when I put my order in??? It took until 19/12 to advise me of this?!?!?!? NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
Unfortunately I placed an order for multiple items on the 30/11. All of the items are/were supposed to be Christmas presents. At this time I have not received any tracking information, I was offered a $10 discount voucher as an apology. I do not intend to spend more money without knowing that I will receive my original order. I have been advised that I can request a refund but that they can’t guarantee it will actually happen. Very frustrating and now I may not have gifts for my daughters in law. 😢
Terrible experience. The first time I had ordered in 2022 it got delivered to the wrong address.Gave it another chance now in 2023 and they have never sent me the shipping details, nor was I communicated of that being delivered.When contacting them, I found out that the order had already been delivered but for my surprise I could not locate it anywhere within the premises where I leave or neighbouring.I have tried to contact them several times via email and NOTHING, not a single response and their phone does not work. My money straight to the rubbish.THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!!!!
I ordered in Nov and only received half my order.After sending several emails and even trying to call I haven’t received a response I really did t expect this from this company I’m so disappointed as this was an Xmas giftNever again, No customer service at all
I should have read reviews before purchasing. I placed an order on the 3/11, was taking a bit longer than expected to ship, so I sent the AU store a message. Having delays, may take up to 10 business days to ship, have 20% refund. Awesome, thanks. 10 business days go by, still hasn’t been shipped, contacted again. Technical issues, it can take up to an additional 10 days. Annoyed, but understood, wish I had been updated with my order instead of me having to contact them. Then those additional 10 business days go by, still not shipped. Very annoyed, looked at reviews and people are saying they have waited months just for morphe to ship their order, reciting every excuse under the sun, and when it never gets shipped, they cancel the order and magically they cannot be refunded because the order is immediately shipped. Contacted again, they said that the issue was there was a missing item in my order, not because of high volume orders, not technical difficulties. They ask if I would like them to exclude that item, and they would prioritise my order at the warehouse. Sure, if that means I’ll ever get my order. Nope, 3 days later I get an email saying “your order is taking a bit longer due to high shipment volume, it may take up to an additional 10 days to ship your order.” Angry, I cancel my order, I’m sick of not being listened to. I sent the email 2 nights ago, I even included in the email “I’m expecting my order to magically be shipped as soon as I cancel my order from how many people you have done this to so you don’t have to refund them” And what email did I just get? “Hi your order has been shipped”. This is absolutely disgusting customer service, I have never witnessed just pure lies and excuses that aren’t true, promising customers something and then not proceeding with what they have told them. So many people have had the same complaints as me, waiting months for orders to ship, knowing that they’ll probably never see those items unless they tell them they want to cancel their order, then morphe somehow has the time to send them out the very next business day just so people are not able to get a refund. I have never seen such disgusting customer service from anywhere, this is unacceptable.
