Terrible experience with this company! I ordered a dress and confirmed that returns were possible, but I had to cover the postage costs—something many companies do. The dress arrived in poor quality, and the color was completely different from the picture. I reached out to the company, which is clearly not based in London. It would cost £23 to return the dress since it needs to be sent to China! I've decided to donate the dress instead. AVOID this company... I regret not reading the reviews!
