The dress arrived in poor quality, and the color was completely different from the picture. I reached out to the company, which is clearly not based in London. It would cost £23 to return the dress since it needs to be sent to China! I've decided to donate the dress instead. AVOID this company... I regret not reading the reviews!
Terrible experience from beginning to end. Not based in the UK as claimed. The origin isn’t the issue, but they misrepresent themselves as UK-based. Clothing - Horrendous. Purchased a coat marked down to £49 from £169, which I doubt was ever its original price. The coat received was not as shown, with incorrect color, buttons, and fabric; it wasn't lined as advertised and isn't worth even £5, let alone £169. Returns - Even more frustrating! They now require it to be sent to an “International warehouse” for a fee of £23. Not happening. I've emailed them demanding a UK shipping address within 48 hours. If not, I will reach out to my bank to initiate a fraud investigation and recover my funds within 48 hours. The clothing and website are deceptive… AVOID.
I really wish I had checked the reviews beforehand! The positive feedback on the website seemed misleading. I ordered a stylish jumpsuit, but it's truly disappointing! Poorly constructed, low-quality material, and the fit is off. After reading others' experiences, I don't even want to go through the hassle of returning it, so I’ll just consider it a lesson learned, even though I wasted £54. I ordered a teal dress for my daughter's wedding for £45, but I was misled into thinking the company was based in London. When I received the dress, it was purple and green, not the teal I ordered. I reached out to them about the mix-up and requested a return. Instead, they offered me 20% off to keep it. I was told I would have to return it to China, which was surprising given their claims of being London-based. They explained that their London warehouse was under renovation, yet it felt deceptive. The return would cost £23. It seems like a tactic similar to other questionable companies. I'm frustrated that I have to deal with their mistake. I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to their poor customer service.
AVOID PURCHASING ONLINE OR THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA!! The quality of the dresses I received was appalling! £40 for poorly constructed garments that seem like they could be made for mere pennies. I attempted to return them only to discover a £23 postage fee would apply. Additionally, I was informed it could take 6 to 8 weeks to process a refund, pending quality control (which is ridiculous given the terrible quality of the items!). The returns policy doesn't mention this, which is clearly misleading. It's hard to believe anyone would willingly agree to such a return fee. Truly disappointing.
My order came much sooner than I anticipated, and the packaging was exquisite. Everything was elegantly wrapped, making it feel like a special treat for myself. The outfit appeared even more stunning in person. An absolutely delightful experience.
