I can’t rate this lower than 1 star because the service provided by the company is appalling. My mother purchased a vehicle with a dash cam installed, and upon inspecting it at home, we discovered a noticeable scratch on the front bumper that was missed in the showroom. When we returned to address this, we were accused of causing the damage during the drive home. Fortunately, the dash cam footage proved otherwise. After scrutinizing the footage for nearly two hours, they finally agreed to fix the scratch. My mother insisted that they not remove the bumper, as she knew it wouldn’t look the same once reattached. Ignoring her, they had inexperienced staff handle the repair, resulting in multiple mistakes that took three months to resolve. Each time we were told the car was ready, there were more issues. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
