Warranty Denial

My vehicle, which has only 55,000 km, has a bent shock absorber, yet the company refuses to honor the warranty. It has never been in an accident, indicating a manufacturing defect. Previous service at another location failed to identify the issue, and now my car has been at a different service center for weeks without updates. The lack of accountability and support is disheartening. I’ve owned several vehicles from this group before and have never encountered such poor service. They need to significantly improve their communication and customer care. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
