Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I can only give 1 star because the service received was appalling. My mother purchased a vehicle for over $75,000 three months ago, expecting a dash cam installation. After picking up the car, we noticed a significant scratch on the front bumper that was missed in the dim showroom. We returned to the service center to report the issue, but instead of assistance, we were accused of causing the damage on the way home. Fortunately, we had the dash cam footage to prove otherwise. The staff spent nearly two hours reviewing the footage, even translating our conversations, before admitting the scratch wasn’t our fault. They agreed to fix it, but my mother insisted that the bumper not be removed to avoid compromising its appearance. Unfortunately, they disregarded her request and had inexperienced workers handle the repair. After three months, the car still shows signs of poor workmanship, with overspray and misalignment. I had warned my mother against this purchase, suggesting a more reliable option instead. If you're considering buying from this service, I strongly advise against it. They don't even deserve one star for their inadequate handling of a simple scratch.
