Extremely Disappointed!

I truly believed that this brand represented reliability until my vehicle started leaking. I regret choosing this luxury option over others I considered, thinking it was a better choice. Initially, the staff seemed friendly, especially the salesperson, but things took a turn. They were unresponsive to my concerns and even asked me to cover repair costs for issues caused during servicing. I pointed out the damage, yet they continued to charge me for it. When the leak occurred, I mistakenly thought it was from the water bottle, but it turned out to be a bigger issue. It was still under warranty, but I discovered the extent of the problem only after changing the mats, which revealed a significant amount of water and an unpleasant odor. I appreciate the service, but I’m now reconsidering my options and leaning towards other luxury brands.
