It is now impossible (due to evil internet site loops) to actually contact support at all. For example, everything insists you submit a case, and do it properly. But the case submission page says you have to sign in (which you already are) and when you select or enter anything or try to sign in at the top of the page, it feeds you into the self-troubleshooter page- again. Even the link to the billing company doesn't work (in the U.S. anyway.) I guess I will have to pursue the issue by canceling the payment via my charge card company.- What a pain!
