not sure why all the hate here

Im not sure what everyone is having issues with, i had 2022 and upgraded to 2023 just because it worked so well.it flawlessly and easily transfers my itunes "apple music" (not the paid for individual songs, but the entire apple library to my thumb drive for my car.with a little tweaking i have had no errors recording from amazon video or netflix at all. your going to get a littly lossy 1080p recording but it works very well.I use a powerfull but 10 year old computer to do this on and let the video encoding process run off my nvidia 1080ti card rather than the main processor. it takes a little bit of know-how to set up the recording stream options.the only issues i have seen are it will not record properly over an RDP connection and the built in player does not work well or at all sometimes, but the recorded file is just fine. i also suggest turning off all the excess capturing like every subtitle under the sun etc, also dont try to do it faster than the time it takes to normally play a movie or song.i dont find its over-bloated, it doesnt try to add on any kind of "suggested" apps like mcafee or chrome, etc. they frequently (sometimes as quick as a day or two) release small and full updates.not sure why the hate here, neither netflix or apple has tried to ban me for using it, have recorded at least 500 songs in apple music, aroung 7 different seasons of different tv shows on netflix, and two movies from amazon.Note - these files downloaded are for safety in my car, and offline watching from a tv where the netflix app has no ability to cache a download. this is not for piracy. sure as hell beats firing up my old cassette deck or VCR!I also asked a question online and was responded to within a day letting me know things to try to solve an issue.I have not found anything better for making backups for offline access ever, some try but fail, some lie, but audials one has come through since i discovered it last year through the nero software.
