Most books turn out to be Duds, boring and only when you attempt to return Dud Book, you find out that it doesn't qualify! Why not? Customer Service doesn't know either. Also, a lot of books are simply old, dated. I actually have had 4-star results with Libby, my library Free account. I thought Audible would enable my desire to read more newer books, but $14.95 a month for really one viable book is too expensive and the result was actually just irritating and disappointing. After several frustrating and dead-end Audible results, I am Done.
