I was a customer for years. At one point I made a second account with a second email by mistake. I didn’t have access to the original email anymore. . I tried for so long to get someone to help me merge the two accounts. I purchased all those books in both accounts and was paying monthly fee but no one ever could. I think that is a terrible way to treat customers. I wasted so much money over the years and nothing to show for it. Audible has terrible customer service.
