I have had 3 pair of hearing aids from Audien. I ordered a pair of Atom the first time. They were too loud even on the lowest setting. I had a video call and they asked me to try a different pair and I agreed. They sent me Ion this time. They were behind the ear and did not fit properly for me. I had another video call and they asked me once again to try another pair. They sent me Atom X. These do not fit comfortably in my ear. The smaller ear guards allow whistling all the time and the larger ones are uncomfortable to wear. They want me to do another video call. I am tired of jumping through hoops. I asked to just be sent a return label but was told that was not an option without another video call. They obviously are not real concerned with their customer service or their return policy.
