The Bluetooth is terrible. It disconnects constantly meaning you have to carry the charging box with you. In a noisy environment the back microphones don’t turn off meaning you can’t hear shit. I’ve had expensive aids, they are much better. I will go back to them.
I was contacted by customer service rep Haris Malik. He was superb. Very patient while walking through steps to troubleshoot my problems with my Audien hearing aids. He was very friendly and helpful. Kept in contact throughout the process. I really appreciate his time and help. Problem resolved. Thank you!
I started out not wanting to waste Haris Malik’s time because my hearing is not good in my left ear and I had trouble with the hearing aid. After his helpful and knowledgeable conversation I felt so much better and confident to own these hearing aids. He answered every question and concern that I had with total CONFIDENCE..

Had a great experience with customer service. Charissa was excellent! She should get a raise. Have the Atom One and ran into a few issues and decided to upgrade. Looking forward to a new set of hearing aids. So far impressed with this company.
I have had quite a journey in trying to find the right hearing aids and seeking a refund. I spoke with numerous representatives, all of which I documented through various forms of communication. Unfortunately, I did not capture my phone conversations. I was left unsatisfied as promises were not fulfilled for months! Just as I was about to reach out to the company for a resolution, I received a call from a representative. I was frustrated and not easy to deal with, but the representative remained composed and listened patiently to my concerns. He took the time to address each issue and assured me he would recommend a refund to his team. He followed up later that day with a message confirming that my refund was approved and being processed immediately. I confirmed that I would send back the last set of hearing aids. We later received confirmation that they were received. This representative truly made a difference; he listened, calmed me down, and facilitated a resolution with care and skill. Please acknowledge his efforts for this exceptional service.
I have returned three sets of hearing aids because they wouldn’t charge. This issue was confirmed during the required session with the technical support team. Each time, replacements were provided, but those also failed. I returned each within 45 days of receiving them. Eventually, I decided to stop dealing with the company and sought a refund, as their representatives assured me I could do so. However, after returning the latest defective set, they are now refusing to issue a refund, leaving me without any hearing aids. I plan to escalate this situation to the appropriate authorities and wanted to alert others about these unfair practices — or rather, theft!
I have tried three different pairs of hearing aids from the company. The first pair I ordered, Atom, was too loud even at the lowest setting. During a video call, they suggested I try another pair, so I agreed. This time, they sent me Ion, which were behind the ear but didn't fit well. After another video call, they recommended yet another pair, Atom X. Unfortunately, these are uncomfortable in my ear; the smaller ear guards cause whistling, while the larger ones are hard to wear. They want me to have another video call, but I’m tired of the constant back and forth. I simply requested a return label, but was informed that I needed to do another video call first. It seems like they don’t prioritize their customer service or return policy.

After purchasing and wearing the Audien Ion Pro hearing aids one of the pair starting running low on battery and shutting off after about 4 hours of use, then it was down to 2 hours after a full charge, then one hour. I complained so I returned that pair and Audien sent me another pair. The new pair is holding a charge better but I rarely get through an entire 16-hour day without the batteries depleting and shutting off. Also annoying is the bluetooth connection to my phone drops and it get the announcement "disconnected", then it reconnects and I get the "connected" announcement. This happens frequently throughout the day with the phone on my person, so it's disruptive and very annoying and distracting when I'm having conversations. I won't buy Audien again. My last Costco pair never had any of these issues over years of use.
