Unfortunately, my refund for the failed transaction (which was supposedly processed 7 days ago) has yet to arrive, leaving me with little confidence. —————————— Not a good experience, which is disappointing as I wanted this purchase to succeed. They claimed the product was 'available', yet they had no stock, with it not arriving until January. Despite multiple apologies and assurances, the site still shows the item as available. This is why larger retailers are outpacing independent ones.
