I recently made a purchase from a service. The website was very user-friendly, allowing me to find what I needed effortlessly. The delivery was impressively fast, with clear updates provided. Overall, it was a straightforward and enjoyable shopping experience.
A very dependable company. I've bought various headphones and recently a DAC/Amp, all arriving as promised. I can't find any faults, and I would highly recommend them for audio equipment due to their competitive prices. I will definitely shop with them again.
Edit in response to their reply. Unfortunately, my refund for the failed transaction (which was supposedly processed 7 days ago) has yet to arrive, leaving me with little confidence. —————————— Not a good experience, which is disappointing as I wanted this purchase to succeed. They claimed the product was 'available', yet they had no stock, with it not arriving until January. Despite multiple apologies and assurances, the site still shows the item as available. This is why larger retailers are outpacing independent ones.
This was a small order but it made a significant difference. My expensive speaker system (purchased from another retailer) came with a rather ineffective remote control. The service provided the necessary upgrade efficiently when others were out of stock. Ideally, the brand should have included it with the speakers initially, but it worked out in the end.
