(1) I was charged $18 in error because they didn’t give me the deal I signed up for. (2) I contacted Customer Service and offered to send screen shots proving my case. They refused but offered to cancel my account (with NO refund of course). (3) I told them to immediately cancel my subscription. They did NOT! So, I was charged another $18 AFTER telling them to cancel! (4) I emailed them TWICE after that asking that they cancel my account and refund $36 to my credit card. I have received NO response! Nada. Zip.I’m done standing by while subscription-based companies—particularly audiobook ones—mislead and take advantage of customers. I am disputing their charges with my credit card company and filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Indiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
