I ordered a speaker from Audionic and initially received a dead/defective unit, which was disappointing. I contacted their customer support and sent the product for repair/replacement. At one point, my ticket was marked resolved before I had received the product back, which caused some confusion.
However, their team later followed up and even called me for feedback. I have now received the repaired product through TCS and it is working perfectly fine. I appreciate that they eventually handled the issue and resolved it.
They should properly check the products before dispatching them to avoid inconvenience for customers.
