I ordered a speaker from Audionic and initially received a dead/defective unit, which was disappointing. I contacted their customer support and sent the product for repair/replacement. At one point, my ticket was marked resolved before I had received the product back, which caused some confusion.
However, their team later followed up and even called me for feedback. I have now received the repaired product through TCS and it is working perfectly fine. I appreciate that they eventually handled the issue and resolved it.
They should properly check the products before dispatching them to avoid inconvenience for customers.

Order ke baad jab product ka istemal karne ki koshish ki, to speakers bilkul bhi nahi chal rahe. Maine support team se WhatsApp par sampark kiya, lekin ab tak koi jawab nahi mila. Kripya is product ko ya to replace karein ya is samasya ka jaldi se samadhan batayein. Aisa anubhav mujhe ummid nahi tha.
I have regularly purchased earbuds from this company without issues, but this time they sent only the earbuds, lacking any accessories or warranty card. After emailing them, I received an automated response that felt generic. They requested a video of the parcel before opening, which is unreasonable since I had never encountered such a problem before. As a customer service manager myself, I find their policy ridiculous. I will not be purchasing from them again and will inform my friends and family as well.
I took my home theater system to the service center for repairs. For over a week, there was no communication. When I reached out, they informed me it couldn't be fixed and asked me to retrieve it. I'm disappointed—if they lack the necessary parts, why sell this product? I want a refund for my speakers, which cost a significant amount. It's frustrating to see them still listed for sale when parts aren’t available.
This brand is a scam. I received two hand-free sets, one was empty and the other defective. After leaving a one-star review, they removed it and offered me a 10% coupon for my next purchase. I refuse to buy from them again. Their focus is solely on profit, selling defective products while influencers promote them.
