After purchasing several devices for a multiroom system, an A10 stopped working properly after 3 years (knowing that it's wall-mounted high up with no easy manual access, so under normal use). For a €300 speaker, I thought it would last longer (I have no-name speakers that still work perfectly after more than 10 years!). After contacting customer service, they offered me... nothing! Except a measly discount (which appears on their website every two months), explaining that the repair would be too expensive, so I'm done with Audiopro. I wanted an alternative to Sonos or similar brands, and I'm very disappointed. I understand that breakdowns happen, but I don't want adequate customer service. That's the end of my Audiopro story, and I'll be spreading the word.
