Review Time
After purchasing several devices for a multiroom system, an A10 stopped working properly after 3 years (knowing that it's wall-mounted high up with no easy manual access, so under normal use). For a €300 speaker, I thought it would last longer (I have no-name speakers that still work perfectly after more than 10 years!). After contacting customer service, they offered me... nothing! Except a measly discount (which appears on their website every two months), explaining that the repair would be too expensive, so I'm done with Audiopro. I wanted an alternative to Sonos or similar brands, and I'm very disappointed. I understand that breakdowns happen, but I don't want adequate customer service. That's the end of my Audiopro story, and I'll be spreading the word.

I bought 2 A10 MKII in May 2025. They worked well till today. I was looking at adding a couple of other speakers, so realised that they changed software, but according to the statement on their website, the old ones will work with less features. Fine. Little did I know that they will completely stop working and even though I tried to reset them, re-install on both, the legacy and the new app, they just don't work. So 500€ later, I had 2 speakers for 8 months ... shocking and absolutely disappointing.
UPDATE after several weeks they responded helpfully. It turns out that non connection can be resolved by changing the DNS setting from auto in Settings. Their on line manual doesn't mention that.I bought two C3 speakers. They worked ok at first though with the typical connection problems. Some two years on, they refuse to connect to wi-fi thus nullifying several of their vaunted benefits, plus they're hit and miss with bluetooth. Customer services should get a medal for ignoring my pleas for help. Once they have your money they're happy.
All of my 3 D-1 speakers' leather covers have peeled off. Large pieces are falling off and look very bad today. This was thought to be a very minor impact. The quality of the leather around the speaker is of very poor quality and the company takes no responsibility for this. I recommend speakers from other suppliers instead.
But turned out there was nothing to worry about. I cancelled an online purchase before it despatched. Had read these appalling reviews and got worried about my refund. But two anxious emails later and within a week.was fully refunded. Thank you Jennifer
What an awful cheap product bought 3 speakers, 2 needed to be repaired under warranty and the APP (don't bother, it just stresses you out with connectivity issues), then again for the second time this morning the Drumfire control unit stopped working again. This speaker adds so much stress it can ruin your love for music. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I want my money back
