Like others, I haven't received the item or a refund. It showed as in stock when I ordered, and payment was processed. Later, I got emails saying it was out of stock and that their website doesn't reflect live stock information, which was only corrected after my complaint. All communication has been from a representative who claims stock is coming soon. After checking, I can't find any record of this seller in official registries, which is concerning. I've expressed my suspicions and, due to the lack of item or refund, I will be reporting this.
