This company is absolutely amazing. I ordered a replacement AirPod a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately it got lost in the post, however the customer service people were absolutely outstanding and sent me another one. I would 100% buy from this website again. Thank you so much
Like other feedback, I have not received the item or a refund. It was marked as in stock at the time of order, and payment was processed. Later, I received emails indicating it was out of stock and that their website couldn't maintain accurate stock information, which took days to update after I raised an issue. All communications have been from a representative claiming that stock is on the way. After further investigation, I've found no record of this company in official registries, which raises concerns. I've reached out again regarding my suspicions, and due to the absence of the item and refund, I plan to report this to the relevant authorities.

I received fantastic assistance in identifying the correct model for my order of an AirPod pro (2nd Gen). It arrived quickly and functions perfectly. Although I had a small issue with pairing, the customer service was very responsive and resolved it. I highly recommend this seller for their outstanding service.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong ear for my replacement. Despite informing the company and requesting to return it multiple times, they promised to send the returns form but never did. Now, they're ignoring my emails. I advise against buying from them due to their terrible customer service.
