Later, I received emails indicating it was out of stock and that their website couldn't maintain accurate stock information, which took days to update after I raised an issue. All communications have been from a representative claiming that stock is on the way. After further investigation, I've found no record of this company in official registries, which raises concerns. I've reached out again regarding my suspicions, and due to the absence of the item and refund, I plan to report this to the relevant authorities.
