I bought a 2023 model last week, and while the initial service was impressive, I faced a small issue the day after my purchase. The sales representative became evasive, and the service department did not return my calls as they promised. The after-sales support has been quite poor. I submitted feedback about my experience, as requested, but there has been no follow-up. On a brighter note, the car itself is great, and I am very satisfied with it!
