I recently bought a 2023 model, and the pre-sale support was excellent. Unfortunately, I had a minor issue the day after my purchase, and the sales representative became unresponsive. The service department also failed to return my calls as promised. The after-sales support has been disappointing. I provided feedback about my experience, as requested, but have not received any follow-up. On a positive note, the car itself is fantastic, and I am very pleased with it!

I bought my dream car about 11 months ago with a one-year warranty and added two more years myself. During the test drive and pickup, I noticed a strange noise from the exhaust, which the sales representative downplayed. Fast forward to the service appointment when I mentioned it again; they confirmed it was indeed an exhaust issue but said it wasn't covered under warranty and couldn't be fixed. After contacting the company, I was offered a mere 50% discount on a hefty repair bill. It's a complete letdown and a terrible way to conduct business.
I visited the dealership recently, hoping to buy a car that day. Despite there being plenty of stock, I was completely ignored by the staff. When I finally approached a salesperson, he seemed inconvenienced by my request for help. I mentioned I would pay outright, but he insisted I would need to pay more without financing. He reluctantly let me sit in a couple of vehicles but was unhelpful in explaining their features. When I asked about a model with a sunroof, he dismissed me, saying it would take too long. I was shocked by the treatment, especially as I was ready to spend a significant amount. I decided to purchase from a competitor instead, who provided a much better experience.
This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. After spending over £100,000 on a brand new vehicle, I received it with scratches, leftover stickers, and poorly fitted components. The customer service team seemed clueless. When buying a new car, you expect it to be flawless, not to have to inspect it for damages. Issues were addressed half-heartedly, and I was told nothing could be done about the scratches. If you are considering a purchase, be sure to thoroughly check the vehicle. The experience was nothing short of embarrassing, and I would never buy from this dealership again.
I had a positive experience with customer service back in March 2019 when I purchased my new model. However, after two service appointments, they still haven't resolved the Bluetooth issue, which only works intermittently. It's frustrating having to keep following up with them to fix what should be a straightforward issue. I can't trust this dealership for any future needs.
