When I finally approached a salesperson, he seemed inconvenienced by my request for help. I mentioned I would pay outright, but he insisted I would need to pay more without financing. He reluctantly let me sit in a couple of vehicles but was unhelpful in explaining their features. When I asked about a model with a sunroof, he dismissed me, saying it would take too long. I was shocked by the treatment, especially as I was ready to spend a significant amount. I decided to purchase from a competitor instead, who provided a much better experience.
