Our trip of a lifetime was put into turmoil due to the war in the gulf, we had to rearrange new flights as unfortunately our original ones had to be cancelled. Joanna at Audley was so patient, calm and so helpful with us, saving our holiday and didn't mind that we asked the same question 3 or 4 times, we cannot praise her enough or her colleagues who were all a pleasure to deal with.
