Only my second claim since 1975 and am finding it frustrating. It was an urgent drain blockage which was (with approval)fixed by local drain company for just shy of £3K. With excess of £1050 I was offered £700. I asked for written breakdown of charges which AUGER will not provide. Tried ringing twice but no response.
